Innovative Ideas
MICROWAVE DRAWER OVEN
Innovative thinking led to the world’s first microwave drawer oven, an appliance that has helped revolutionize kitchen design and microwave oven placement. The next generation of this successful appliance – larger, sleeker and more accessible than ever. Most are tall enough to hold a 20 oz. cup from your favorite take-out coffee store. Plus, there are two convenient ways to open or close the drawer – either pull or push the easy open handle.
APRON KITCHEN SINK
An apron front sink (sometimes known as farm sinks, or farmhouse sinks) will bring old world style to your modern kitchen. A classic addition to any home, an apron sink adds warmth and comfort to any decor while helping to reduce back strain and offer you a unique alternative to the typical kitchen sink. From contemporary stainless steel and lustrous copper to luxurious natural marble and cast iron, we’re sure you’ll find the perfect sink for your decor.
POT FILLER FAUCET OVER STOVE
A pot filler faucet is a swing-out faucet on a long, jointed arm, mounted over the stove. Saves you from lugging a heavy pot of water from the sink to the stove; great for filling pots that don’t fit into the sink; faucet arm often folds back against the stove wall when it’s not in use.
VESSEL SINK
Vessel sinks are no longer a trend–they’re part of a design ethic. If you’ve got a standard toilet and a standard tub, you can do anything with a vessel sink. For example, if you have a white toilet and a white tub, you could choose a white vessel sink, or you could do metal, you could do glass, patterns—almost anything you want. And you can use a wide variety of counter materials. I’ve seen vessel sinks on wood planks, on concrete, on tile, including mosaic; I’ve seen them on granite or marble slabs. Keep in mind that the vessel is likely to draw more attention than the surface it sits on. They tend to be the focal point of the bathroom because they’re so beautiful, so it’s best to make the countertop secondary.
WOOD LOOK TILE
One of the biggest new trends in home décor over the past few years is the rise of porcelain and ceramic tile that looks like wood. With reclaimed wood so on trend, buying wood tile is an alternative to searching for the perfect hundred-year-old barn wood, and tiles are available in dimensions that wood is typically not.
THERMA-TRU VENTED SIDELITES
For homeowners seeking ventilation, convenience, and aesthetic appeal. Currently, Therma-Tru creates the only continuous, complete fiberglass systems for entry and patio doors that offer decorative glass design options. Designed as fully integrated units, continuous systems can be configured with one hinged door and one or two hinged sidelites, or two hinged doors (French) and hinged sidelites.
KOHLER STAGES SINK
Designed in collaboration with the chefs at Kohler's Five Diamond resort hotel, Stages meets the needs of the serious home cook. The Stages sink comes with a full array of integrated accessories to simplify the cooking and cleanup processes. The design offers a wide basin to accommodate large pots and pans, as well as a stepped side platform for prepping food or drying dishes.

Frequent Questions ...
What are the benefits of a Modular Home?
Simple, fast, and enjoyable experience. Modular home construction is quick and efficient, saving you the ongoing stresses of building on-site. All the “best price” research has already been done for you.
More affordable. Modular homes are more affordable than traditional site-built homes thanks to factory efficiencies and years of experience. That said, we are still focused on quality homes customized to each individual.
Fixed price guarantee. You contract the price for your home, and are guaranteed that price unless you direct a change order. The price is the price.
Built solid. Each home exceeds required building codes, and is inspected by our quality control team for structural integrity before leaving the factory. Modular homes are “over built” in order to be strong enough for truck transport to the job site.
Can I custom design a home or am I limited to options?
Yes! We are open to ideas – if you have a plan you have drawn or found on another website, we want to see it! You can upload it and send it to us. Our drafting team will customize the plan using our design software, and make any changes you request in order to develop your plan exactly as you want it.
Is There A Difference Between Modular Homes And Pre-fab Homes?
A prefab home is an umbrella term for any home built in an off-site factory, which is then delivered by truck to the home site, and assembled by a construction crew. A modular home, which falls under that umbrella, is a type of prefab home which consists of a number of pieces which are transported to the building site, where they are then assembled.
